As part of our product team, you’ll help shape a platform where data is private, compute is decentralized, and innovation is user-led. We're not just imagining a better AI future - we're building it.

What You’ll Do

• Own product development end-to-end: define product requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and guide products from concept to launch.

• Act as a bridge between internal teams (engineering, marketing, ecosystem) and external stakeholders (users, ecosystem builders, token holders).

• Work closely with the executive leadership team on strategy, translating it into actionable items for the build team.

• Maintain tight feedback loops with early users, builders, and protocol contributors

• Work across multiple surfaces—protocol-level changes, internal dashboards, community tools, or dev onboarding flows—as priorities evolve

• Contribute to product thinking around how our tools support a tokenized ecosystem and empower its participants
  

Minimum requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in fast-paced startup environments

• Exceptional communication and alignment skills across teams with varying levels of seniority, technical background, and cultural context; able to tailor messaging and build trust across functions and geographies

• Experience owning user research projects to inform product and design decisions

• Experience with Google Analytics or similar tooling

• Familiarity with web3 technologies and communities

• Proactive egoless communicator - success to you is not defined as “being right”

• Excellent product sense with attention to both user experience and technical tradeoffs
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Direct Web3 startup experience

• Experience working directly for/with founders

• Deep understanding of user research theory (including grounded theory)

• SQL / GraphQL / Python skills
