We are seeking a highly connected and strategic U.S. Senior Relationship Manager to lead senior relationship building efforts across the U.S., particularly in the financial sector. This role focuses on cultivating long-term partnerships and building institutional awareness. The ideal candidate is a well-recognized figure in the industry with deep expertise across traditional finance, fintech, and blockchain sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives at major financial institutions, fintech companies, large blockchain firms, and corporations in the U.S.
  • Lead networking activities to establish the company’s presence and increase awareness in key financial circles.
  • Identify and assess strategic partnership opportunities aligned with company objectives.
  • Represent the company at conferences, private meetings, and other forums to increase visibility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure external relationships align with product, marketing, and business development goals.
  • Provide market insights and intelligence to support strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in relevant industries.
  • Proven track record in relationship management, business development, growth, operations, or product roles.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. financial services ecosystem, including traditional finance, fintech, and blockchain.
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders across payments, capital markets, asset management, or related fields.
  • Recognized reputation and established network among key decision-makers in finance, fintech, and blockchain.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, focused on trust and long-term engagement.
  • Blockchain experience, preferably from a corporate or institutional perspective.

Great-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with blockchain-based payments, stablecoins, tokenized real-world assets (RWAs), or privacy-preserving blockchain solutions.
  • Background working on institutional or corporate blockchain adoption initiatives.
