This role is perfect for those with expertise in building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools to support high-performance systems.
This full-time role is open to remote candidates, with a preference for in-person hybrid work in our SoHo, Manhattan office.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure to support the scalability and reliability of our decentralized trading systems
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment and monitoring of our applications
- Collaborate with backend and frontend engineers to streamline development and release processes
- Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure optimal performance and uptime of our services
- Identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Ensure security and compliance best practices are followed across all infrastructure components
- Constantly be curious and evaluate new tools and technologies that can improve our DevOps practices
Qualifications
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Proven track record in managing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Deep understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
- Ability to work effectively in an asynchronous work environment, both as part of a team and independently
- A strong passion for automation, scalability, and efficiency in infrastructure management
Nice to Haves
- Previous experience in the blockchain or decentralized finance (DeFi) space
- Experience working with Ethereum infrastructure, including nodes and RPC services
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Experience with security best practices and compliance in cloud environments
- Background in performance optimization for high-frequency trading systems
Compensation Range
$175-225K base + equity
This is an expected compensation range but may vary depending on the level of experience.
