Role Summary:

As the Head of Ecosystem, you will be responsible for leading the strategic development and management of the Reddio ecosystem. This includes cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, expanding our developer community, and driving adoption of our Layer 2 solutions. You will work closely with the engineering, marketing, and business development teams to ensure our technology meets the market needs and our ecosystem thrives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ecosystem Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive ecosystem strategy that aligns with Reddio's mission and technology roadmap.
• Community Engagement: Build and nurture a strong community of developers, users, and advocates through events, workshops, and online platforms.
• Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with technology providers, enterprises, and other relevant organisations to drive ecosystem growth.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs to inform product development and ecosystem strategies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure ecosystem initiatives support product adoption and user satisfaction.
• Evangelism: Serve as a key spokesperson for Reddio at industry events, conferences, and in media appearances to promote our vision and technology.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years in ecosystem development, partnership management, or related roles in the blockchain, DePIN, or Gaming sectors.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, specifically ZK Layer 2 protocols, and their applications in DePin and AI.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, manage cross-functional projects, and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with a track record of developing and executing successful ecosystem strategies.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment. Able to pivot strategies in response to new insights and market demands.
• Travel: Willingness to travel internationally to engage with our global community and stakeholders.
