Responsibilities

This role involves managing key partner relationships, developing, implementing and overseeing service level agreements (SLAs), managing contracts, and conducting negotiations to maximise the value of partnerships.   • SLA Management
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with partners.
  • Ensure all partners meet agreed-upon service levels, identifying and addressing any areas of underperformance.
  • Conduct regular reviews of SLA performance with partners and internal stakeholders, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to SLA breaches.
  • Contract Management
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts with partners to ensure they reflect the agreed terms and conditions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contractual agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations by both the company and partners.
  • Work with legal teams to resolve any contractual disputes or ambiguities.
  • Lead negotiations with partners to secure favorable terms, pricing, and conditions.
  • Develop negotiation strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with partners to facilitate smooth negotiation processes.
  • Ensure that negotiated terms are documented and incorporated into contracts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with partners to drive mutual success.
  • Facilitate regular communication between partners and internal teams to ensure alignment and address any challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding and deepening partnerships.
  • Monitor and report on partner performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Analyse partnerships outcomes against KPIs and make data-driven decisions to optimise relationships.
  • Prepare regular reports on SLA compliance, contract status, and negotiation outcomes.

Experience

Key requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' of experience in partner management, contract management, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in managing SLAs and leading successful negotiations.
  • String understanding of contract law and compliance requirements.
