Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience that they can share in managing paid media campaigns across Google platforms, Meta (including Facebook and Instagram), TikTok. Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Strategies, execute, and refine paid media campaigns across Google platforms (Google Ads, Display Network, YouTube), Microsoft Bing, Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and aligning with KPIs and objectives.
  • Tracking and Analytics: Set up tracking mechanisms and utilise analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
  • E-commerce and Lead Generation: Apply your expertise in paid media to drive results for E-commerce businesses and lead generation campaigns, focusing on increasing revenue and leads.
  • Paid Media Strategy: Develop comprehensive paid media strategies tailored to specific business goals, target audiences, and market dynamics.
  • Campaign Building: Create and manage campaign structures, ad sets, and ad creatives, optimising targeting, bidding, and ad placements for maximum effectiveness.
  • Performance Optimisation: Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement optimisation tactics to improve ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage campaign budgets, allocating resources to high-performing channels and adjusting spend based on performance metrics.
  • Reporting and Insights: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations for future optimisations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in paid media management, with a strong emphasis on Meta and Google platforms.
  • Proficiency in campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting within Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Experience in E-commerce and lead generation campaigns, with a proven track record of delivering results in these areas.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in paid media.
  • MS Office – proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Familiarity with GTM would be advantageous
  • Experience with Google Analytics
