Position Overview:

The Chief of Staff will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to drive Plural Energy’s strategy, execution, and organizational effectiveness. This role will act as a force multiplier for the executive team—managing priorities, ensuring accountability, and helping scale the company during a period of rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CEO to set priorities, track progress, and ensure follow-through across the organization.

• Drive cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.

• Lead special projects across business development, fundraising, operations, and product.

• Support board and investor communications by preparing materials, insights, and follow-ups.

• Establish operating rhythms, performance metrics, and reporting processes across teams.

• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, surfacing key issues and proposing solutions.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, finance, operations, or a similar strategic role.

• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing board or investor materials.

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

• Experience in energy, fintech, or blockchain is a plus.
