Assets and Investments

About Plural:

The assets that produce, store, and consume electrons will define the next era of the economy. But today, financing these assets is slow, expensive, and fragmented—locked behind legacy intermediaries and limited access.

Plural is building the infrastructure to change that. We tokenize everything from solar projects to batteries to bitcoin mines, using smart contracts and programmable workflows to reduce friction and open access to capital.

On Plural, the nodes of a distributed grid are financed by a network of institutional, individual, and DeFi investors. This approach lowers costs, increases transparency, and enables scalable capital formation for the energy transition—trusted, composable, and built for efficiency.

Position Overview:

Plural is seeking an Investment & Strategy Associate to support underwriting, capital formation, and investment strategy across tokenized infrastructure assets. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with a background in infrastructure or energy investment banking who want to help scale a modern investment platform at the intersection of capital markets and climate technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Underwrite renewable energy assets and portfolios through financial modeling and structured analysis

  • Prepare investor-facing materials, including memos, pitch decks, and data room documentation

  • Support fundraising and due diligence processes for funds and asset-specific offerings

  • Partner with sourcing, product, and legal teams to ensure readiness for capital deployment

  • Analyze and track asset performance and investment returns across the platform

  • Contribute to strategic planning around new investment vehicles, token structures, and product expansion

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure finance

  • Experience supporting sell-side transaction processes, including materials prep and investor engagement

  • Advanced financial modeling skills with fluency in Excel (project finance, structured products, DCF)

  • Strong analytical writing and presentation skills

  • Familiarity with the energy sector, tokenized finance, or capital structuring preferred
FINRA licenses (Series 7 and 63 or 79) required

  • Comfort with and interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance performance

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and equity package

  • Flexible work environment (San Francisco or remote)

  • Opportunity to shape the future of private markets, renewable energy finance, and blockchain.
