When speaking with Paradigm’s talent team, we’ll seek to match your background, skill set, and professional interests with companies and opportunities available within our portfolio. While our portfolio companies are at different stages of development, the types of products or services they’re building can broken roughly into four categories, with some overlap:

Leadership opportunities span across principal engineering or architecture roles, small-team managers, directors, and CTOs. Many opportunities have a focus on people leadership, so even if you don’t have crypto-native engineering experience, we’re still interested in speaking with you.
Qualifications and Experience
2+ years of experience directly managing teams, with prior experience as an individual software engineer
Experience building and scaling world-class engineering teams
Track record of strong architectural and strategic decision making
Demonstrated professional or hobbyist interest in crypto preferred, but not required

High degree of business judgement

Clear and concise executive communication, in both 1:1 and public settings
Affable leadership style
Empathy toward the concerns of others
