OP Labs is looking to bring on a Superchain Strategic Partnerships Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with the top teams in crypto and enterprises using blockchain technology. In this role, you will own a deal pipeline and the deal process from identifying targets to onboarding them to the Superchain. You will collaborate extensively with the broader partnerships team as well as product, marketing, developer relations to develop and close key strategic deals that align with our long term goals.

What are the role responsibilities?

  • Cultivate relationships with the largest teams in web3 and web2 enterprises leveraging blockchain technology
  • Own deal process from sourcing to deployment of an OP Chain
  • Manage relationships and deals process with Roll-up-as-a-Service (RaaS)partners
  • Develop a deep knowledge and ability to speak credibly about the Superchain and OP Stack
  • Support development of sales enablement material

What skills do you bring?

  • Experience in building strategic partnerships or closing key accounts in the blockchain industry
  • Strong passion and understanding of blockchain technologies and L2 protocols
  • Expertise in owning strategic deals and ability to identify, pursue and close complex deals
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior level technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in driving alignment from key internal stakeholders to support strategic decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Sales enablement and operations skills a bonus
