About the Opportunity ✍️
As an Application Engineer joining the Operations Technology team, you will have direct autonomy in building out a best in class experience for our customers seeking support through our Enterprise Technology Stack, primarily Amazon Connect. The team is deeply rooted in customer empathy using MoonPay products and leverages data insights to help set strategy and direction.
What you will do
* Developing the implementation and optimization of Amazon Connect as our primary CRM solution, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our business requirements and best practices
* Collaborating closely with Ops leadership to strategically design and execute experiments that drive the direction of our Ops Technology Roadmap, aiming for an unparalleled customer support experience
* Demonstrate expertise in architecture assessment to build and implement robust systems using preferred languages like JavaScript, Python, TypeScript, and Terraform
* Facilitating dynamic interactions across Product and Engineering teams to shepherd ideas from inception to production, ensuring flawless integration and functionality
* Employing your analytical skills to solve complex issues through quantitative methods, and develop sustainable architectures and system designs for continual improvement
