Responsibilities

• Understand product requirements accurately and deliver backend service design and development on time.
• Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product iteration and system optimization.
• Take ownership of technical challenges, proactively learn new technologies, and adapt quickly under pressure.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of fundamental data structures.
• Proficiency in Go and Python, with hands-on experience in common web frameworks.
• Familiarity with middleware and databases such as Redis, Kafka, MySQL, MongoDB.
• Good knowledge of networking protocols, including HTTP and gRPC.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (k8s), and common Linux commands.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Nice-to-Have

• Contributions to open-source projects, or experience submitting patches to the community.
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems and understanding of distributed system theory.
