Experience & Background

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Management, FinTech, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in internet, fintech, or blockchain products; prior experience with wallet, account systems, or compliance-related products is a plus.

Professional Skills

• Solid understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency industries, with deep knowledge of wallet systems, KYC, KYT, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong product design and process optimization skills; able to independently deliver high-quality product documentation and prototypes.
• Knowledge of clearing & settlement, risk control, and compliance; experience in exchanges or wallet platforms is preferred.

General Competencies

• Clear logical thinking, with the ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent cross-team communication and project management skills; able to coordinate resources to achieve goals.
• Proficient in English as a working language, with the ability to read international compliance policies and industry materials.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience at crypto exchanges, wallets, payment, or compliance/risk control companies.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SFC, OFAC, MAS, with strong sensitivity to compliance requirements.
• Experience designing KYC/KYT risk control models and integrating APIs with third-party compliance vendors.
