ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to support business objectives within the crypto and fund management sectors.
• Conduct analysis and provide insights on digital asset funds, FOFs, and crypto assets to drive operational efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize fund structures and operational processes.
• Monitor and assess operational risks and compliance requirements within the crypto market.
• Support the implementation of trading strategies and risk management frameworks.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on operational performance and trends.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination across regional offices in English and Chinese.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in operations within crypto firms, private funds, or fund management firms.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, finance, statistics, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of traditional and digital asset funds, FOFs, off-shore fund structures, and crypto assets/blockchain technology.
• Passion for the crypto market and trading strategies.
• Fluent in English and Chinese for effective communication across regional offices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
