We are looking for a Product Operations with strong experience in US stock trading and digital assets (crypto) to join our team. You will drive growth through product-led operations, optimize user journeys, and shape the future of cross-market trading experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead operations for US stock & crypto trading products (spot & derivatives).
• Drive user growth through lifecycle strategies: acquisition, activation, retention, conversion.
• Conduct data-driven user research & trader interviews to identify key product opportunities.
• Design and execute user growth systems, incentive programs, and trading campaigns.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, risk, and engineering to deliver impactful features & campaigns.
• Monitor global market trends and competitors to fuel product innovation.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in FinTech, Internet, trading platforms, or asset management.
• Solid understanding of US stock trading mechanisms (order types, sessions, clearing) and crypto trading (spot, futures, derivatives).
• Strong data analysis skills (SQL, Excel, visualization tools).
• Experience building incentive systems / membership programs / growth frameworks.
• Strong project management and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Proficient in English, with global market awareness.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Trading experience in US equities or crypto (professional or personal).
• Background from top Internet companies, FinTech, or major trading platforms.
• Global work experience with cross-border teams.
