ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling institutional client inquiries, coordinating with internal departments, processing fund transfers, and managing KYC-related communications. The role requires strong communication skills, client service orientation, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, and internal systems, ensuring professional and timely communication;
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders such as Compliance, Finance, and IT to resolve client issues and streamline operations;
- Execute and verify fund transfers in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements;
- Address and resolve client KYC (Know Your Customer) queries, ensuring adherence to compliance standards;
- Review and manage pending client orders and requests to maintain a high level of service and satisfaction;
- Document and escalate complex issues as needed to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in any disciplines;
- 1–3 years of experience in financial operations, client service, or a related role (institutional client experience preferred);
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
- Team player with demonstrated ability to communicate and partner with internal / external parties;
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is advantageous, due to need to work closely with Mandarin as well as English speaking stakeholders.
