Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies focused on driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing operations.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Utilize data analytics and user insights to optimize user journeys, conversion funnels, and marketing performance.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of growth initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead A/B testing, experimentation, and optimization efforts to improve campaign effectiveness and user engagement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in growth marketing operations.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on growth marketing best practices and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management with a focus on growth marketing operations.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, user acquisition, retention strategies, and data analytics.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth marketing campaigns.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, A/B testing, and data analytics platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in growth marketing operations.
