Job Responsibilities
- Monitor the operational status of trading products, analyze data, and focus on customer profiles.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of competitive trading products, offer improvement suggestions through extensive product usage, and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate closely with various departments like product, technology, and marketing sales to oversee product launches and daily operations.
- Organize and coordinate marketing activities, monitor activity operations and data analysis, provide feedback on key activity data, and increase user engagement and trading volume.
- Promptly address user feedback and complaints, cater to key customers, engage with communities to understand user needs, and boost user satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a finance-related field.
- Over one year of experience in operating trading products or related fields.
- Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with marketing promotion methods and user engagement strategies.
- Ability to handle significant work pressure and possess strong problem-solving skills.
