Job Responsibilities
- User Engagement Activities: Plan and implement user engagement initiatives, including but not limited to acquisition campaigns, competitions, and reward mechanisms to increase user participation. Analyze data from these activities and optimize them accordingly.
- User Behavior Analysis: Regularly track user behavior data to analyze user needs and pain points. Propose optimization strategies and drive improvements in related products and services.
- User Growth and Retention: Develop and execute user growth strategies through data analysis and market research to enhance user activity and retention rates.
- Community Management: Maintain interaction with users, address feedback and suggestions, strengthen user engagement and community atmosphere, and improve overall user satisfaction.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with product, technical, and marketing teams to promote continuous improvement in user experience and product-market fit.
- Customer Support and Key Account Management: Respond promptly to user inquiries and resolve various issues encountered while using the platform, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in operations related to trading products in the cryptocurrency industry, with the ability to independently plan and execute initiatives.
- Familiarity with user behavior analysis and data-driven operational strategies.
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
- High market sensitivity, with the ability to identify user needs and respond quickly.
- Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
- Immediately available will be preferred.
