ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Responsibilities:

1. Development and customization of automated operations and maintenance (O&M) systems.

2. Responsible for building the company's automated O&M platform, including change management systems, resource management systems, etc.

3. Design O&M platform system solutions to enhance work efficiency and quality.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with a solid technical foundation and 3+ years of work experience.

2. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.

3. Familiarity with Docker container technology and Kubernetes (k8s), with 2+ years of experience in deploying, optimizing, and maintaining Kubernetes.

4. Knowledge of CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery) and tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Prometheus, ELK, and Grafana.

5. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues.

6. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or Go, with familiarity in web front-end and back-end development and common frameworks like Django and Vue.

7. Experience in O&M automation development with a product-oriented mindset.

8. Good communication and team collaboration skills.
