Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage the relevant talent and take ownership of the entire recruitment process;
  • Influence, define and execute winning recruitment strategies in partnership with Business and HR stakeholders across multiple geographies;
  • Manage and take charge of all related talent acquisition matters;
  • Proactively attend relevant networking events, provide market intelligence regarding hiring trends as well as research competitive markets and peer organizations; able to pipeline for key positions;
  • Drive Internal Mobility & Build diverse sourcing strategies with a strong focus on direct sourcing leveraging proactive and innovative recruitment tools & channels;
  • Manage relationships with executive search firms and agencies;
  • Track and analyze effectiveness of recruiting/marketing/branding efforts to ensure the best return on investments;
  • Partner with HR tools team to develop reports, analysis, and presentations for business review and decision-making.

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field;
  • 8 to 12 years of proven track record in talent acquisition preferably within financial and fintech industries;
  • Proven track record of leading multi-cultural talent acquisition teams;
  • Be comfortable with ambiguity and flexibility, and effective working in a fast-paced environment;
  • Passionate about candidate experience and exceeding client expectations at all times;
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin due to the need to work with relevant stakeholders.
