About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic PR & Branding Manager to elevate Matrixdock's brand. You'll craft compelling narratives, build strong media relationships, and drive market awareness. This pivotal role involves shaping Matrixdock's brand identity and driving market awareness. It requires a self-starter with a strong passion for storytelling and brand building. Join us in shaping the future of TradeFi & DeFi.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive PR and branding strategies to support business objectives.
• Create engaging contents across various channels (blogs, social media, press releases) to build brand awareness and thought leadership.
• Manage media relations, including pitching stories, conducting media interviews, and tracking media coverage.
• Oversee social media channels, crafting compelling content and engaging with the community.
• Coordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and webinars.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in PR, branding, content creation or digital marketing.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
• Experience in the finance, fintech or blockchain industry is preferred.
• Knowledge in RWA would be a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required;
• Immediately available will be preferred.
