We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our vibrant brand marketing team and take the lead as a full-time Social Media Manager. The successful candidate will collaborate with business and product teams to publish marketing content and bring product moments to key audiences in a compelling way.

This independent contributor role will help strategize and shape their online presence as part of the company’s wider public relations programme and content marketing campaigns.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Creative Input: Develop engaging and creative content for various social media platforms, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Discord. This involves writing captivating copy, sourcing high-quality visuals, and collaborating with our design specialists. Work with team mates to contribute fresh ideas and creative concepts to develop innovative social media strategies that align with the company's goals.
- Social Media Management: Own and curate editorial calendars, manage multiple social media distribution requests, align expectations and prioritize. Assist in managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. Develop and implement initiatives to grow our followers while increasing meaningful engagement.
- Insights & Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using various analytics tools. Track SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimizations. Generate timely reports on key insights and provide recommendations for improvements. Work with brand marketing colleagues to define KPIs and measure success (ROI).
- Campaign Design & Execution: End-to-end support in executing branding marketing priorities, including conducting benchmarking research, identifying target audiences, and implementing strategies to maximize reach and effectiveness. Work with influencers or KOLs to produce trending content across key social platforms.
We are looking for candidates with at least 7 years of direct experience in social media and digital marketing. Chinese language fluency is highly regarded, while a basic understanding of the digital assets industry is preferred.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and engage with online audiences. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Creativity: A creative thinker who can generate innovative ideas and transform them into captivating social media content. Familiarity with design tools and basic graphic design skills are a plus.
Analytical Mindset: Proficient in analyzing social media metrics and deriving actionable insights. Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms is preferred.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to learn from others and contribute to the success of the team.
