Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for existing institutional client orders, account statuses, and relevant problems.
  • Timely replying to inquiries from existing institutional clients through telephone, e-mail, and other working applications.
  • Review pending orders and specific institutional clients’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage sales tracking tools & report on important information, and keep a record of sales trends.
  • Skillfully using the background management system to deal with matters related to contracts, invoices, and so on.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure the sales team is on board.
  • Ensure smooth and effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Assisting in improving departmental rules and regulations operation processes and specifications, and promoting working implementation.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above from a reputable university.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • At least 1-3 years of proven customer-facing experience or experience as a customer service representative in the Fintech/Financial services industry.
  • Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
  • Fast learning ability and vigorous learning enthusiasm for new things, strong pressure resistance.
  • Strong communication skills, enjoy helping people and being patient with customers;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will need to multi-task and handle high volumes of requests, all while creating a five-star client experience.
  • Having team spirit could apply to a variety of tasks, and can cooperate well with the team to complete tasks.
  • Willing to work on a 24x7 shift basis including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
