About the Role:
Limit Break is looking for a Technical Project Manager with exceptional communication skills and proven game production experience, ideally with engineering teams on Unity projects. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a team of Unity developers, working in tandem and partnering with other teams, internal and external, including animators, artists, VFX specialists, designers, and other Unity developers. Your mission is to manage the project lifecycle, ensuring the seamless execution of technical and creative elements for an exciting new IP.
Responsibilities. What you’ll do:
Understand the roadmap and set milestones for game production.
Develop production schedules required for all stages (development, launch, maintenance) of the project.
Identify project risks, mitigate them, and implement effective resolution strategies.
Communicate closely with internal stakeholders to manage expectations by informing them of the project status, milestones, risks, and opportunities.
Coordinate tasks in collaboration with key members / leaders within the Art and Engineering teams.

Must have
● Written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.
● Ability to set and manage expectations from stakeholders in a changing environment.
● Skill in working cooperatively with a team and communicating effectively.
● Experience in project management within the local gaming industry.
● Expertise in processes that enhance team cooperation and efficiency.
Nice to have
● Understanding of the game development lifecycle, especially in the field of 3D games / mobile games.
● Experience in developing games from concept to release.
● Practical knowledge of Unity for live services and tool development.
● Ability to manage engineering teams in complex projects.
