We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Systems & Support Engineer to manage and optimize our internal systems, tools, and workflows. In this role, you will oversee identity and SaaS management, streamline onboarding and offboarding processes through automation, and enhance cross-departmental efficiency. You’ll also support device management across various platforms and provide hands-on assistance to address user questions and technical challenges. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and contribute to a seamless and efficient IT environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Build, manage, and maintain the organization’s Identity Provider (IDP) to ensure secure access control.
  • Administer and optimize key SaaS platforms, including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and emerging tools.
  • Drive automation initiatives, including onboarding and offboarding workflows, to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Support mobile device management (MDM) systems, with a focus on Intune for Windows/Android and Jamf for Apple devices.
  • Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for employees, including hardware, software, and system-related issues.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement efficient processes and solutions that enhance productivity.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation for IT procedures, applications, and workflows.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 4+ years of experience in IT systems administration, support engineering, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience administering Identity Providers (e.g., Okta) and integrating SaaS tools using SSO/SAML.
  • Proven expertise in managing SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools and processes, including scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with MDM solutions, including Intune and Jamf, and a solid understanding of Windows, Android, and Apple ecosystems.
  • Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across diverse systems and platforms.
  • Self-starter with a strong ability to learn quickly, collaborate with others, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Living in, or willing to relocate, to Los Angeles, CA, we are an in-office company located in Culver City.

Compensation Range: $105K - $159K
