We are looking for an experienced individual who thrives in entrepreneurial environments, enjoys exploring and iterating quickly, and has a strong desire to help us build out our culture of design & engineering excellence. You will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable software applications with a strong focus on taking the complexity out of the Lightning Network.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and prototyping web and mobile applications that have complex dynamic visualization elements such as graphs, charts, interactive UI elements, menus, etc.
• Collaborating with designers, engineers and PMs on our user experiences for web and mobile
• Co-creating and maintaining our design system
• Collaborating with prospective clients on our integrations. This includes creating prototypes that illustrate how an integration might be executed
• Light support for the marketing team to gather and create assets for the website or media
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in a Product Design role shipping high quality work ideally in FinTech
• Ability to consistently produce highly intentional, highly polished work
• Efficient and generative design that can produce a lot of high-quality work quickly
• A desire to explore beyond the first decent solution
• Platform versatility and knowledgeable about designing for web, iOS and Android
• Good collaborator and communicator that can always provide thoughtful answers about a design when probed
• Self-starter with positive energy

Compensation Range: $185K - $240K
