We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Security & Trust Products unit. If you’re excited about securing financial systems from advanced nation-state attackers and cybercriminals - join us.

As a Senior Product Manager for Platform Security, you’ll be working with the largest financial enterprises in the world, leading security for the Fireblocks platform both from UX as well as threat modeling, architecture, and permission model.

What you’ll do

  • Own the Fireblocks platform security model, permissions, authorization flows, authentication, and overall IAM.
  • Lead the development of security products and features on the Fireblocks platform.
  • Define and manage user stories and product discovery for new features.
  • Create metrics plans and define key performance indicators to measure the success of security products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of features, as well as the overall security of the Fireblocks platform.
  • Define our product success metrics and clarify the requirements with our execution team - R&D, Product Design & Data.

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager at a cybersecurity company - must
  • 4+ years of hands-on technical experience in software engineering, research, or cyber operations - must
  • Proven track record of delivering successful B2B products.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to prioritize based on measured impact.
  • Experience defining and managing metrics plans and KPIs.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and to communicate their needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in harmony in a cross-functional team.
  • High fluency in English, excellent soft skills, and a creative mind approach.
