About the Role:
As a Strategy Executive in the Founder’s Office at CoinSwitch & Lemonn, you will work directly with Ashish to shape and drive the company’s most critical priorities. This role goes beyond strategy decks. You’ll act as an extension of the Founder, balancing vision with execution, with a strong bias for action. You should be equally comfortable with data, product thinking, and execution

What You Will Do

  • Analyze market data, product performance, and competitor intelligence to drive decisions.

  • Identify capital projects, joint ventures, M&A targets, and new partnership opportunities.

  • Establish and track key data-driven metrics to measure execution, performance, and progress across functions.

  • Collaborate with leadership, special committees, and external advisors to execute strategies.

  • Monitor and support execution of business initiatives with a strong bias toward outcomes.


What You Should Have

  • 4–6 years of experience in fast paced startups, fintech companies.

  • Previous entrepreneurial experience (as a founder or early operator) is a strong plus.

  • Strong product orientation and comfort with data-led decision-making.

  • Bias for action: ability to move fast and deliver results.

  • Solid understanding of the financial services sector.

  • Exposure to diverse business functions such as marketing, finance, and operations.

  • Analytical depth and problem-solving ability.
