As a Customer Solutions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth throughout the whole customer lifecycle. By building trust with prospective customers from day one, you will work with the wider account team to guide them through a value-based sales process by leveraging your deep understanding of our products, customer verticals, and competitive landscape.
In this role, you’ll:
Partner with the Sales team to lead customer-facing technical discussions and activities, focusing on value creation and solution development
Develop customer-specific solutions for the deployment and integration of Chainalysis products, ensuring rapid realization of value for our clients
Communicate complex technical requirements to the Product and Engineering team, driving the development of new features and enhancements to existing capabilities
Act as a trusted advisor to a range of stakeholders at customer organizations, addressing challenges ranging from high-level architecture to technical integration of our solutions
Support strategic investigations and provide actionable insights to support our customers in combating financial crimes in law enforcement and civilian agencies, assisting in disrupting criminal operations, mitigating illicit activities, facilitating fund recovery for victims, and conducting investigations involving digital assets
Drive customer success initiatives, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support to maximize the value derived from Chainalysis solutions
Directly impact some of Chainalysis' most strategic customers by delivering customer-specific solutions and driving value realization
Develop an unparalleled understanding of the competitive landscape and Chainalysis' offerings, identifying and highlighting commercial opportunities
Evangelize Chainalysis solutions in a compelling yet easily understood manner, positioning us as the go-to partner for addressing complex challenges
Partner closely with the Sales team to achieve targets and expand our presence within both Public Sector customers
We’re looking for candidates who have:
Experience working with or directly within customers in Public Sector (Law Enforcement, Defense, Justice, Government)
Proven ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex challenges in a clear and concise manner
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Aptitude for understanding technical concepts such as data analysis, APIs, and logic-based workflows
Experience in criminal investigation, and familiarity with processes and standards of evidence - particularly of a digital nature - within the criminal justice system
Nice to have experience:
Technical knowledge of blockchain and in particular cryptocurrency;
Understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and associated industries;
Experience in financial compliance and/or anti-money laundering initiatives;
Experience in a B2B presales, solution architecture, or sales role, OR
Proven track record of driving customer success initiatives, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
