  • Build strong relationships to ensure both internal client and external customer satisfaction, while promoting scalable processes and procedures

We’re looking for candidates who have:

  • A juris doctorate (J.D.) degree and relevant experience with high-growth companies

  • Above all else, exceptional judgment and critical thinking skills

  • Expert knowledge of FAR and SLG acquisition regulations, procurement processes, and best practices, especially as the foregoing relate to commercial services, and in particular SaaS and related professional services

  • A deep understanding of FedRAMP, DoD SRG, CMMC, and ICD 503 accreditations, and the cybersecurity requirements found in NIST SP 800-171 and NIST 800-53

  • Experience supporting public sector sales teams (and understanding of the sales process) at a B2B, rapid-growth SaaS/Software company

  • Experience developing an effective GTM public sector process with regard to contract formation and contract administration

  • An understanding of FOCI mitigation and obtaining or maintaining a DCSA Facility Clearance

  • Experience with litigation, corporate governance, outside counsel management, as well as the legal and security aspects of, among other things, internal investigations, employment issues, privacy matters, public policy efforts, procurement, real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate communications and marketing

  • An active Top Secret (TS) clearance, or who are willing and able to obtain one

  • The interpersonal qualities of being independent, patient, thoughtful, and adept at managing shifting priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment, but at the same time possess the judgment to know when and how to escalate issues

  • Familiarity with, or an interest in, the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry
