As a Technical Product Marketing Manager, your daily work will focus on creating compelling messaging, product demonstrations, how-to guides, competitive insights and content that engages our current and future customers. You’ll help shape the program for our risk and compliance focused solutions, working closely with product marketers, product managers, sales engineers, revenue enablement and more. A creative storyteller who can connect technical details to customer problems and build polished assets that showcase solutions will excel in this position.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Develop a firm grasp of our market, data, and product portfolio especially for risk and compliance focused customers, becoming an expert in both our solutions and our data

  • Craft solution and use-case demos that inspire customers to the art of the possible

  • Partner with product marketing, sales, product, and other stakeholders to support and refine our GTM strategy

  • Build customer experiences for our biggest events from keynotes to booth demos

  • Gather and distill competitive intelligence, providing messaging and roadmap guidance to the organization

  • Distill complexity into clarity and create compelling content for revenue teams including videos, slides, enablement materials, and talk tracks

  • Help identify opportunities to build process and frameworks enabling teams to coordinate effectively

We’re looking for candidates who have:

  • 5+ years of prior experience in product marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS company

  • An exceptional ability to craft stories, write impactfully, and demo products to showcase value

  • A knack for getting deep into data, product, experimenting, building, and providing feedback

  • Deep empathy for customer experience, and a commitment to enabling our user-facing teams to make our customers successful

  • A high standard for visual styling and making presentations and demos look polished

  • A track record of being able to quickly learn, apply, and explain new technologies

  • Insatiable curiosity and the willingness to “figure it out” when diving into new subject areas

  • Experience catering to financial services, government, and/or crypto-native audiences

Nice to have experience:

  • Prior experience with APIs will be beneficial
