Your Purpose
As a Crypto Operations Analyst at Bitso, you will play a crucial role in administering, monitoring, and managing our global crypto payments operations. Your mission is to ensure an efficient, reliable operation that provides an exceptional user experience. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain peak performance, drive continuous improvement, and prepare detailed reports for auditors and regulatory bodies. Who You Are
- Execution-Oriented Professional: At least +2 years of experience in a related field, particularly payment systems, with a focus on crypto operations.
- Highly Disciplined: Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and discipline in performing daily processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Customer-Centric: Dedicated to delivering THE BEST user experience.
- Innovative Thinker: Constantly seeks innovative ideas to optimize operations and improve processes.
- Process Improvement Enthusiast: Proven experience in evaluating and standardizing processes for efficiency, with the ability to bring and execute improvement suggestions to senior management.
- Crypto Knowledgeable: Experience with crypto products and regulations is essential; familiarity with crypto payment systems is a plus.
- Proficient in English: Excellent communication skills in English.
What You Will Do
The Payments team at Bitso drives the vision for payments. Working closely with product and engineering teams, you will help build the strategic and operational infrastructure required to support Bitso at scale across multiple geographies and products. We are looking for a Payments Operations Analyst who can make an immediate impact.
- Streamline Payments Operations: Seek new optimization opportunities and streamline payment processes to enhance efficiency.
- Incident Management: Lead communication and manage the involvement of internal and external teams during payment service incidents to ensure swift resolution.
- Monitor and Manage Payment Services: Work closely with the Customer Support team to provide the best user experience and manage payment operations effectively.
- Financial Operations: Ensure financial operations' smooth flow and availability, including daily reconciliations and problem-solving.
- Payment Integrations: Participate in executing new payment integrations to support our accelerated growth.
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct in-depth root cause analysis and implement effective solutions for operational issues.
- Daily Operational Processes: Perform daily operational processes such as reconciliations, internal controls, and data analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare detailed reports for auditors and regulatory entities, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports for auditors and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
