Your Purpose

Your mission is to construct, steer, and uphold a highly efficient and passionately driven team, adept at handling both MXN and Crypto transactions daily. Your day-to-day responsibilities are crucial, involving the meticulous management of operational processes, ensuring they are executed with precision, safety, and in strict adherence to regulatory norms.

Who You Are

• Proven English fluency.
• Results-oriented SPEI manager with at least 5 years experience in a related field to payment systems.
• Strategic mind-set with experience in using metrics/data for decision making.
• Team player with experience in working with different areas of the company and building relationships and strategic alliances.
• Highly disciplined and with a sense of urgency including the daily processes to be performed as well as continuous improvement.
• Customer centricity in order to delivery a memorable experience.
• Focus on developing people, assessing their strengths and points to be developed, transforming the team into an effective and motivated team.
• Proven experience in SPEI operation and regulation is a must.
• Physically located in Mexico City and eventually go to the office.
• Experience with Crypto products is a plus.

What You Will Do

• Build, manage, and maintain a highly effective and motivated Payment Operations team that will take care of the MXN and Crypto day to day operations.
• Team management seeking not only professional development but also qualifying them within our culture of "Drive change" and "Be an Owner".
• Day-to-day management ensuring the execution of operational processes with quality, safety, security and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and monitor efficiency KPIs, carrying out action plans for continuous improvement our payments platform.
• Be the main point of contact for SPEI-related topics, coordinating information flow between authorities, vendors, and internal stakeholders and making sure requests are attended to in a timely manner.
• Work closely with SPEI and crypto / Mexico projects.
• Participate in strategic projects development.
