Role and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating hiring assessments
  • Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Maintain recruitment databases and update candidate status throughout the hiring process
  • Assist in communicating with candidates and hiring managers to provide updates on the recruitment process
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in English and Mandarin
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment law
