Role and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, support and maintain trading systems, tools, and infrastructure for the company
• Collaborate with quant researchers to implement trading strategies and research tools
• Create tools to perform post-trade analysis and generate insights that aid in research decisions
• Demonstrate a passion for solving complex problems and delivering results

Qualifications:

• B.S./M.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or similar majors
• Solid programming skills with proficiency in Python and C++ is a strong plus
• Strong analytical skills with a background in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
• Ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative, highly technical team environment
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail
• Intellectual curiosity and an eagerness to solve challenging problems
• Immediate availability is preferred
