Role and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with quantitative researchers to integrate trading strategies into production systems.
• Refine and integrate existing trading systems and architectures to enhance strategies performance.
• Optimize existing codebases for low latency and efficiency in a real-time trading environment.
• Work closely with quantitative researcher teams to gather business needs and deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development, preferably in a quantitative finance environment.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with familiarity in other high-performance languages such as C++.
• Strong understanding of Linux developing environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
