Role and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers to integrate trading strategies into production systems.
- Refine and integrate existing trading systems and architectures to enhance strategies performance.
- Optimize existing codebases for low latency and efficiency in a real-time trading environment.
- Work closely with quantitative researcher teams to gather business needs and deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development, preferably in a quantitative finance environment.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with familiarity in other high-performance languages such as C++.
- Strong understanding of Linux developing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
