Key Responsibilities:
Licensing Application:
- Assist in the preparation of licensing applications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with relevant departments to gather and organize necessary information for application processes.
- Assist in monitoring and understanding regulatory updates across various jurisdictions.
- Support the team to ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to virtual asset trading.
Audit Support:
- Collaborate with internal teams to assist with regulatory audits and reviews.
- Help prepare necessary documentation and reports for audit purposes.
Bookkeeping & Administrative Support:
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure documents are well maintained.
- Assist with administrative duties as needed to support departmental efficiency.
Project Assistance:
- Participate in internal projects, providing support where needed to help achieve project goals.
- Liaise with different departments to ensure project alignment with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex information accurately.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on regulatory changes in various jurisdictions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- 1-2 years of work experience in the financial or digital asset industry; fresh graduates are welcome.
