Amber Group is seeking a creative and tech-savvy Growth Marketing Specialist with a passion for cryptocurrency and a keen awareness of emerging trends. This role focuses on enhancing our branding and marketing efforts through the creation of visually striking design assets, management of social media content, and development of corporate marketing materials. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced design tools and AI technologies to drive engagement and elevate our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing marketing materials, including graphics, animations, and videos, for campaigns, social media, and corporate communications, ensuring alignment with our brand identity.
• Produce high-quality corporate materials, including brochures, presentations, and product collateral, to support client success initiatives.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience using the latest AI tools and trends.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends in the crypto space and apply insights to marketing strategies.
• Support & Manage our online presence, including social media channels and website content.
• Stay updated on AI advancements and integrate relevant tools into marketing efforts.
• Flexibly take on additional tasks beyond traditional marketing responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Up to 2-3 years of experience in marketing, design, or related fields, with a strong emphasis on both graphic visual design and video production.
• Proficient in graphic design & video creation tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma) and experienced in creating compelling animations and videos.
• Familiar with AI tools and their applications (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney) is essential.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Passion for cryptocurrency and understanding of market dynamics.
• Strong collaboration skills within a team environment.
• A portfolio showcasing previous marketing or graphic design work is highly desirable.
