Job Summary:

As a Community Executive (Crypto), you'll build and grow the community for our new DeFi protocol by managing social media channels like Twitter and Discord, engaging with members, and developing partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

Key Responsibilities:

Community Management & Growth:

• Develop and execute strategies to build and engage with the community on Twitter, Discord, and other relevant platforms.
• Foster positive discussions, address community questions, and organize community events.

Social Media Management:

• Create, schedule, and manage content across social channels.
• Monitor social media trends, respond to feedback, and analyze performance.

Partnership Development:

• Identify and collaborate with KOLs and influencers to promote the project.
• Manage relationships with partners to enhance visibility.

Marketing Support and Collaboration:

• Assist with public relations, event planning, and general marketing activities while working with other departments to gather community feedback and insights.
• Handle additional responsibilities as needed, supporting various marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in community management or social media roles, preferably in the blockchain or DeFi space is a huge advantage.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Twitter and Discord is a MUST.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in building partnerships and engaging with influencers is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new things and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English and Chinese, with strong writing skills in both; Mandarin speaking is essential.
