Role and Responsibilities:
The Junior Relationship Manager position is to acquire and develop relationship with clients to achieve individual and department sales revenue target for the Singapore market.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire new client relationships including attracting former clients back to the Company.
- Retain and develop existing client relationships to maximize clients’ investment with the Company; Remain informed about market trends, clients’ preferences, and new products.
- Assess risk tolerance, investment suitability and financial needs of each client and market appropriate products and services.
- Maintain close relationship with clients to ensure clients’ needs are met including administrative requirements to achieve high level of service quality standards and maximize client’s satisfaction.
- Keep abreast and be conversant of product offerings and market trends; provide clients with regular market updates and wealth management solutions.
- Ensures that product and sales materials are always updated and targeted for the applicable presentation, conference, or opportunity.
- Maintain up-to-date compliance, KYC and client profile on each client.
- Comply with MAS regulations including anti-money laundering regulations, countering the financing of terrorism requirements for all business dealings.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree Holder or equivalent, preferably in Finance or any Business related disciplines
- At least 2 years of client servicing experience in Financial Institution
- Attention to detail and good follow up skills
- Ability to converse in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
- Highly driven with a strong sense of initiative, ability to multitask and is well organised
- Outgoing disposition, well-equipped with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with financial products and offerings
