Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to overseas sales teams on their inquiries, products, events, and internal procedures. Coordinate cross-department projects, including online/offline marketing events, and responsible of communication and follow-up work with the sales team
  • Responsible for tracking sales staff's performance data, providing data support to the sales team on a regular basis, and outputting performance tracking reports.
  • Responsible for changes in customer relationships for sales staff joining and leaving, guiding sales staff joining and handing over those leaving.
  • Proofread all marketing materials in traditional Chinese and English, and provided comments on layout and interpretation from clients’ perspectives. File and share these updates timely with the sales
  • Team routine work: issue client asset statement and monthly treasury/fund product return slips; confirm with client on position change or redemption; issue OTC loan and option transaction agreement
  • Communicate with external system supplier or internal product team on software upgrading and troubleshooting Request: Communicate feedback, challenges, roadblocks, and insights effectively and concisely to appropriate audiences and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • With relevant experience in a Contact Centre /Sales Support Service setting in the financial, FinTech or internet industry is a plus
  • Ability to map out sales operation process flows with good documentation skills.
  • Collaborative work style with excellent written and verbal English communication skills, preferably bilingual in Mandarin; effectively interacts with partners across organizational boundaries/hierarchies
  • Highly proficient in using Excel, Python, IDE and other tools to process data, master the use of PPT, Visio, and other online presentation/collaboration tools.
