Role and Responsibilities:

  • Perform and manage payroll calculation
  • Compile monthly payroll & MPF reports and employer’s tax compliance
  • Support the superior in the annual review, benefits review & renewal process
  • Provide administrative support to the team in preparing different employment related letters
  • Support the Manager to perform the auditing and other internal control process
  • Partner with different parties to coordinate for HR activities, employee relations programs, events and campaigns
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned



  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Accounting or related discipline
  • 2 years or above of working experience in HR field, experience in fintech industry is a plus
  • Familiar with HK employment ordinance and related regulatory policies
  • Well-versed knowledge and experience in Hong Kong payroll, HK Employment Ordinance, MPF and relevant taxation legislations
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
