Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives in the Web3 domain.
  • Focus on hiring positions in overseas markets in Web3 industry, actively expand overseas talent channels, build a talent pool for the company, and continuously meet the company's human resources needs for development.
  • Collaborate with management to recruit, onboard and retain top talent in the Web3 field.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and consistency across international regions.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related topics, including employment law, compensation, benefits, and career development.
  • Organize and execute employee engagement initiatives, including team building events, training programs, and employee recognition programs.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and provide regular reports on metrics related to employee turnover, retention, and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in HR, with at least 2 years of experience in the Web3 field; Headhunter experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations across multiple regions.
  • Proven ability to manage complex HR projects and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support remote teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience organizing and executing employee engagement activities.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, additional languages are a plus.
