The Finance and Operations Analyst will report to the Chief Operating Officer and support key financial and operational procedures. You will help conduct transaction execution and financial reconciliations, monitor on-chain and fiat transactions, and ensure accurate reporting across internal and regulatory stakeholders.

This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of finance and blockchain technology, with exposure to treasury management, digital asset operations, and process automation in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This hands-on role is ideal for someone eager to learn quickly, operate independently, and take on increasing responsibility.
