Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Product teams to navigate between the commercial and regulatory worlds when developing new products or improving existing offerings.
• Advise stakeholders across Product, Risk, Treasury, Compliance, Finance, Operations/Technology and Marketing teams and liaise with external counsel where required.
• Contribute to improvements to the Legal team's templates and processes.
• Keep up to date with legal and regulatory developments in major jurisdictions.
• Provide general legal support to the team.

Job Qualifications:

• Degree in law with 2 to 5 years of work experience.
• Prior experience in funds, regulatory work or in a financial institution will be preferred.
• Commitment to the team, a positive attitude and an ability to thrive under pressure and uncertainty.
• Team player who is also able to work independently.
• A strong interest or an ability to apply established legal principles to cryptocurrency.
• Fluency in Mandarin may be preferred given the need to communicate with Chinese stakeholders.
